Matthew Ivey grew up in Redding and is a native Californian!  He moved to Sacramento after graduating from Radio 1 Broadcasting School in Wisconsin in 2007, and was hired by KFIA as a part-time promotions assistant. After doing promotions duties for just over a year, he was promoted to fulltime Technical Producer  (he's part of a team of Technical Producers for our four Sacramento stations).  “I feel very blessed to work for such a great station like KFIA.” Matthew enjoys listening to music, working on computers, developing websites, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
